Wolverhampton Clinical Commissioning Group (WCCG) is offering local third sector organisations a second chance to apply for a grant. The purpose of this grant is to provide a service or benefit within the CCG’s geographical boundary of Wolverhampton and demonstrate a health impact for the population.
You are invited to apply for this grant funding of up to £25,000, if you meet the CCGs priorities for the coming year:

Supporting independent living

Combating social isolation

Focussing around people who have long terms conditions and the frail and elderly
